Comfortable, durable andhas good traction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hiking shoes from Merrell are a great shoe.They are so comfortable with the padded insole lining in the inside. They have just the right of traction for walking the trails without being heavy and stiff like some other brands. Fit is very comfortable and true to size. Color is a nice shade of blue and are a very durable fabric. I will buy another pair and recommend them.

Comfortable

Been to Colorado Plateau in Utah (Bluff/San Juan area, Leprechaun Canyon, Canyon Lands and Arches NP in MOAB! Out of the box comfortable, super traction and light. Great hiking shoe.

Brilliant design but not for a skinny feet

The design and features are fantastic. Lots of cushioning. Very stable with the plastic shank in the middle of the shoe. The toolbox is very wide and my skinny feet slipped all over. Had to return

Not true to its claimed size.

Not true to its size. These shoes were made .5 size larger that claimed size. US size 8.5 shoe is actually size 9. After I noticed my US size 8.5 medium width is about half inch larger fit to my feet, we have measured its original size in lab. The result was US size 9 for the Merrell claimed size 8.5. We recommend to try this shoe on your feet at the store before you purchase this shoe for your feet size.

Great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sneakers are very comfortable, fit well on the foot. Do not squeeze the foot, they are comfortable. Soft insole inside. I think they are great for hiking in the mountains. Supports the foot without letting the foot dangle. Beautiful and in a nice blue color. I think they can be worn for many years. The quality is great!

Love the Speed 2!

Love the feel of this shoe and the refreshing colour. I have never owned a hiking shoe with this colour and feel. I can wear this not only for hiking but for around the community.

I like this shoe.

I like the shoe, but does seem smaller size than other Merrell. The breaking was fast and I can wear them all day after day 3. I'm not sure how they will hold up. The toe area seems pretty thin, but may be so they breath well. I like the style and color and very happy I can wear them all day without discomfort. I have picky feet and not uncommon for me to wear shoes for a week and store in the closet because I find them uncomfortable. These have become my dailies. May buy another pair for later.

Great Update
